The final report of the project
My first "prototype" when I was alone working on the project yet.
Later a team has been created and me titled as the team lead. We started with testing of different shapes for the ear covers.
Measuring the effectiveness of noise absorption, with the same thickness and material of second layer, in order to find the best fitting shape.
Testing different materials for the highest efficacy. We had to find the best shape and combination of materials for the best noise absorption.
Creation of the foundation of the beanie as in making sure it does function.
After generation the most comfortable cover for the ears we had to find solutions for attaching it.
Testing attaching methods.
Finalizing shape and style.
After the right materials were found we have created the inner absorber.
